There was a Main Transformer room replacement in Samsung factory in Gumi. So we held several meeting and Written estimates, made a lot of site inspection for perfect result. Our business was as follows. 

① Shifting operations as 2 outdoor transformer moved to indoor 

② Installation of 4 Transformer 

③ Shifting operations for 2 TR 

④ Installation of 15 sets SWGR 

⑤ Installation of CMID    

⑥ Installation of Air conditioners at Office and Transformer room. And we had all responsibility of this project. Because of so important project It has long period of preparation. We had a 3days for black out but actually 30hours for work. It seems impossible but we had to finish the work during that times. So we finished work that can be work during an electrically charged, before blackout

After installation of electrical box at indoors, we stated move an 12MVA spare Transformer to in-  door. Cut the cover of electrical box, 160ton crane pick the transformer and move to indoor. 15ton of Transformer moved to the electric room like fish We finished Installation of spare Transformer before black out Work was progressing nicely. Operations were carried 2 hours earlier than scheduled because of excellent workers. Planned operation has been done before 11p.m. So they were go back to sleep and started operation at 7a.m.But for me Installation of CMID was left, so I stayed up all night with 4 workers. The time was pass midnight but room was bright and vibrant. And it is like an oven. Because they had worked in a confined space. Am 2 was the worst moment. But    they created the best result under adverse conditions.

Finally, five o'clock in the morning all project was completed and We was able to complete the day. It can be successfully complete and It is attributed to all workers. I sincerely thanks for every- one.
